Just wondering if there could be any value to this dime? It was given to me in the original US Mint envelope and has never been taken out of the packaging. it does not have a mint mark.

Dimes made at the Philadelphia mint before 1980 did not have a mintmark. This is normal.

Nope just face value However this is a 1982 that should have a P mint mark but doesn't. Worth money especially in higher grades.

There were 1982 dimes that were missing the mint marks.

But 1975 no mint mark dimes were from Philadelphia. The missing mint mark is on the proof dime without the 'S' mint mark:

Your dime is not a proof dime. It is a business strike Philly dime in a mint set.
