I don't see a Die Clash. What you're seeing is all Post Strike Damage ( PSD) unfortunately. There's heavy scratches on the obverse. Maybe someone dug into the surfaces with a knife?

Pretty much a face value coin (cull) with all the damage on it, even if it were a variety/error.

Yes sorry @leeevi but those are scratches from circulation not die clashes. Typically clash lines are raised above the surface of the coin.
