Matt2727 Valued Member United States 219 Posts	Posted 10/29/2018 8:33 pm The coin has no luster, and zooming in on the pictures you can see many fine lines crossing the coin in the same direction, like it has been cleaned. Maybe with the questionable color PCGS means it thinks the coin was scrubbed in an attempt to get the coin to grade as RD instead of BN or RB? I'm not sure, but I would definitely call it cleaned. I'd crack it out and send it to NGC -- word around town is that PCGS has been making some very dubious "questionable color" calls lately.
