that obverse date scares me a bit, looks a bit suspicous the font is a bit small.

I think it's more like MS-62 but looks like it has been dipped, so may get a details grade. Regardless, nice look to it.

looks ms62 to me too. beautiful full luster and no rub in high points. only concern is that spot in the left obverse field by star 3. beauty!

Is it just me, or does anyone else agree with my earlier grade due to the slightest trace of rub on the high points?

AU58 is my grade. This is not an Uncirculated coin IMO, lots of minor field disturbances and traces of wear on the feathers.

Sweeet! I paid for $260 for this. Seller stated it was in a collection from New England since the '70s. I love the look in hand.
