Hi I came across this coin today and I know its a off center bust is it still valuable? was looking for some feedback on it.the what grade it my be.will be helpful.thank you

Forgive me for being so blunt, but I (and I imagine virtually all collectors) regard "grade" as an utterly immaterial parameter when it comes to modern numismatic forgeries. They may have the slightest legitimate use as an educational prop, but that's about it. On the whole, they're a bane for the hobby.

Concur - non authentic item and worthless as a numismatic collectable.

Hopeful for you that you did not acquire the item ... it's a fake created only to fool newer folks into the purchase.
