What is it you are considering an error?
Picture is blurry and hard to see any detail.
Please also post picture of complete coin
when posting, this makes it easier to help you.

Looks like damage on the ear. If it is, then it's Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

The other picture was the same exact one but I have more that I will post and thank you for all the information sounds like a keeper to me finding out when it's worth it be another thing on the to do list

Well, if it's just a damaged coin, then it would be unfortunately worth face value. Although, I cannot completely make that call 100% yet.
