What is it you are considering an error? Picture is blurry and hard to see any detail. Please also post picture of complete coin when posting, this makes it easier to help you.

Looks like damage on the ear. If it is, then it's Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

Well, if it's just a damaged coin, then it would be unfortunately worth face value. Although, I cannot completely make that call 100% yet.
