The scratch on the reverse looks considerably worse in hand as well as the two on the face. jmwilson Valued Member 240 Posts	Posted 11/02/2018 07:17 am I agree that this coin is over-graded. There are deep cuts on both sides (on the cheek too). Does anyone know if you can tell when a coin was graded? Does the PCGS lookup tell you? I'm sure they know. They should know who graded it.
