@bubjoe, first welcome to CCF. Second, if you see evidence of doubling, could you please describe its location. With the current pic, I agree with the others that I don't see any doubling.

I tried to zoom in all I can..not working out to well..I will make sure I get front and back in pics. I do have a 1930 D .. the D is filled in..not flattened or wore done. It is completely filled

Ah ok well a filled mintmark is somewhat common and occurs when the post that forms the center part of the letter D breaks off of the die.
