I don't think this German state is even listed on Numista. Great site, but not complete as is perfectly reasonable for such a wide and often esoteric field as numismatics :)
Nice if I would have known would have broken out my old German Coin ID book. Can't remember the name right now but it's an old blue paperback book printed in German. Problem was I entered Constan and searches kept sending me to Constantine Roman coins!
I usually like to find coins like this, and I knew what it was, but was sorry I was not online when it was posted. Easily found in KM catalogs. The OP could find and buy older editions for the 16s, 17s and 18s at low prices to help ID old coins. However, maybe they don't come up often enough so this forum is a good bet.
