Google did a recent update, including an update to their default camera app, which has completely ruined the compatibility of my Plugable USB microscope. SilverDollar2017, I agree with you on that. I only use it for internet surfing now. I now have a Windows 10 laptop, and it works great with no problems. Then you are using the wrong Chromebook. The ones they hand out in school are a bit underwhelming, but the better models are beefier. Also, the latest Chrome OS will run both Android and Linux apps.
