I'm down to a couple IHC's left to collect to complete my IHC collection. On one of the years left to get, I see a wide range of prices from guides for an MS63RB grade. Numismedia says $110, NGC says $125 and PCGS says $150. Then, most ebay buy it now prices are north of $150. So, trying to determine what is reasonable is difficult. I will add that jumping to MS64RB has a significant price jump too.
Thoughts on mkt price?

Of course, I'm looking for the best example for the grade too. ;)

Mabye if you gave the year, someone could steer you to one.

You've nearly B/S/T rights, you may find one here.

The premium/CAC examples will almost always cost more than guide unless you get lucky. An almost all RD RB will also cost more than one that is almost all BN. There's a lot of variables into what a fair price would be it's impossible to really say anymore without knowing what year and what you;re looking at.

The last two I'm looking for are 1881 and 1891. The pricing above was for the 1891.

You can always message the seller and make an offer. I've bought quite a few coins that way.

PCGS's Rare Coin Market Report has an 1891 IHC in MS-63 RB listed at $285.
That makes even $150 sound good.

Shop around.

Remember that all price guides are just that, GUIDES. None are really prices of coins, they are only guides to what you may have to pay.
