Dennman Valued Member Canada 496 Posts	Posted 11/04/2018 01:16 am Definitely a drilled hole attempt.Whoever did it was impatient and the drill went through before a round hole was achieved.I have done this myself trying to make a washer.The penny ends up spun up the drill bit and it is easier to start another one than try to carry on with one like this.
