Hey family! I just purchased a large lot of USA/world coins and I am a little lost. I primarily collect Canadian stuff so this is quite new to me.

I have this coin, I've tried googling everything and nothing leads me to a website that can properly identify this guy, can anyone assist me!

Much appreciated!

Looks like a silver commemorative of the tearing down of the wall in Berlin. I'll see if I can dig up anything else.

I believe it a commemorative coin issued for the German unification on the 3rd October 1990. From what google tells me, its 14 carat gold.

@ Spence: The wall came down in November 1989, so I don't think that's it.

@volvicch, ok yes fair point. The wall coming down was one step toward German re-unification.

Thanks for the link, wish I could find more on this coin, literally nothing online.
