I'm Having Some Issues Identifying This Coin! Please Help

I primarily collect Canadian stuff so this is quite new to me. I have this coin, I've tried googling everything and nothing leads me to a website that can properly identify this guy, can anyone assist me! Much appreciated! Report this Post to the Staff
