It needs to go in the error subforum, but this looks like a rim ding, not a Cud error.

Yep, you can see where the edge of the coin is slightly indented in that exact area.

The coin took a hit on the edge there and pushed the metal inward, minutely. It's just minor damage.

See if the edge is flattened there. People use coins for coin tosses and when the hit the cement, then they damage the coins edge. That is what I think I'm seeing there on your coin.
