Lo and behold, I started going through my 1976 Bicentennial quarters and found this 1976 P Bicentennial quarter with the EXACT same die gouge as its Denver cousin I posted about in an earlier thread this morning. Coincidence?

You may be right. I went back over all of my Bicentennial quarters and it is almost equal as far as this anomaly showing on some of the P&D versions and some P&D versions that it is not on. Agreed, it's pretty cool.
