Are these lamination errors?.. 1944

Yes, they both appear to have planchets with delamination.

yes, seems to be lamination errors. I think "delamination" is when a piece of the lamination area actually comes free of the coins, falls off of the lam area and leaves a void. Your last 2 pics seem to show a "delamination" area.
