VF-30. Not obvious to me if it's cleaned or if it's the lighting. If it's just bright lighting I'd say good eye appeal IMO.
Rest in Peace

To CCF , I have good news and I have bad news . The good news is you only paid $3 for it , the bad news is it's badly cleaned and a very possible scratch on the reverse of lower right field next to fasces . As far as condition I'll say VF-35 Details .
BTW ,looks like a die crack on obverse between IGWT up to mouth .

VF details. cleaned and something is going on under the chin. it appears to be either a planchet flaw or possible corrosion.

it takes looking at a lot of coins and different compositions to determine if a coin has been cleaned. even for seasoned graders it can be difficult at times. usually the big-tell is either what they call the halo effect where you can see around various devices such as stars what appears to be halo where whoever cleaned it could not get into the crevices all the way. another is the overall look of a coin where it appears flat and dull. on your coin it appears to be dull and it has a consistent look to it on both sides, all of the grime which you would think from a coin that has been circulated like this is missing. there is so much more to determining a clean coin as there are multiple ways that coin can be cleaned and each has their own markers to determine it. I suggest searching for that topic and begin your journey in learning more about this before pulling the trigger on purchases. in the meantime you can ask questions here or post coins prior to buying them for review.
