Reverse pics please. 1991 looks like a Grease Filled Die. 2006-D might be a Dryer Coin.

The first coin is an altered, PSD coin very spendable.
The second one is As mentioned a Struck Through Grease error.
I wondered if it was a struck through a capped die, but the full rims brought me back to the Struck Through Grease answer.
