Its worn, but still has the shiny rosey luster, I tried my best to capture it in the photos. Let me know your thoughts.

It could be but the odds are very, very slim. With that much wear and damage you have to assume it's a business strike because 99.995% of surviving 1909 Lincolns are business strikes.
