First, this is a Jefferson nickel. A Liberty nickel, or Liberty Head nickel, is an older iteration of the US five cent piece.

As to the doubling on the obverse, it is Machine Doubling (MD), unfortunately. The reverse closeup may show some Die Deterioration, but that's all I see.
