Pretty good deal for less than $4. Looks genuine to me, probably low AU.

If your happy with the coin ,that's fine but the word LIBERTY on either coin just doesn't sit right with me .

The $20 scales you see at various types of stores will work most of the time. However, you can get an old school scale for reloading on ebay. You just need to convert grains to grams. You can probably get a modern reloading scale that will be much better with such light weights.

15.43 grains in 1 gram

So ... a unworn silver dime should weigh 38.58 grains...
