Kinda looks like silver instead of clad to me.

I can't say one way or the other from the pic, but a simple investigation should decide what the composition is.

An edge pic would be the first: if a copper layer is seen, then it's not silver.

Next, the weight should be taken. A 90% silver quarter should weigh about 6.3g. Quarters containing no silver should be around 5.6-5.7g.

Photos are known to produce an image that's untrue to the human eye . I'm not saying it's impossible because the prior year many silver Quarters were produced ,so it's possible a lone silver blank got mixed up in the till .
But as spruett001 mentions there are many ways to tell if it's silver or clad .

You sure don' see them like that very often any longer.

I haven't seen a pre-1978 AU in a couple years now despite roll searching.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.
