2002 Ireland 2 Cent Euro 90 degrees off' note lines on holder. Unless they are suspose to be this way?

This coin should have "medal alignment", meaning if you flip the coin over left to right, the reverse will be upright (not upside down).

Now I note the two black marks on the 2x2 are at 9 o'clock and 12 o'clock. If the coin is flipped from left to right, those marks would then be at 3 o'clock and 12 o'clock (and the reverse would be upright).

However in your photo, you show the reverse marks at 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock, which indicates to me that the coin holder is rotated 90 degrees, not the reverse of the coin.
