I was looking at two 1982d large dates today, one of them having a small date mint mark placement. Those pictures do look like the one you have besides the mint mark. tropicalbats Pillar of the Community United States 6108 Posts	Posted 11/15/2018 9:26 pm I have looked under the L of thousands of Lincolns. The two examples from the listings pretty much look like standard DDO. The OP coin looks like Die Deterioration. That said, I find these can be remarkably tricky even in hand and with good optics. So probably best to send the image to Mr. Wexler and ask if he would like to see the coin through his normal submission process or not. I doubt we can solve this for sure without such expert help.
