This 2016 has me puzzled. It appears to have a double eye lid. There is no DDO listed with doubled eye lid. What do you think?

I think the stains are making it look like something it is not? The 5th image looks more convincing, but note it forms a square. Nothing like that on the design. Try taking an image a little further back.
