Found this penny yesterday. What caught my eye was a little raised die or maybe just damage around Lincoln's eye. It looks like at certain angles as if he's got two eyes/eyelids/eyebrows. Curious to hear your thoughts! Thank you as always!

Just a nick on that area from Post Strike Damage, not an error. You also have a Linear Plating Bubble as well, but it's very common and doesn't add a premium over face value. http://www.error-ref.com/blisteredplating/

That is part of the design. Check other coins, you will find the same thing on all of them.
