Hey I have a 1960D Penny in really good condition wanted to know about this extra metal under the Memorial and Under the T also. Wanted to know why the last A in America is super close to the c and possibly misaligned ?and if possible could you grade this penny as well thank you all vary much is advice!

Just Die Chips. Very common on the Small Date 1960 D cents.

And there is not extra metal on your coin. The metal is the same weight it started out with. It is just re-arranged differently because of the die chips.
