The over all size of the '0 looks normal. The image isn't real clear. On the 1960 Small dates there are many doubled dies. http://www.varietyvista.com/01b%20L...O%201960.htm These are Philly DDOs: The first three are on the proof hubbed from large/small date over a small/large date die creation. There rest are doubled die on business strike that are not real strong. http://www.varietyvista.com/01b%20L...201960-D.htm On the Denver ones, there are 4. All are large dates.
