I got a little dizzy as you narrowed down to larger and larger photos of smaller to smallest details.

Looks like MD to me. Note the "T" on "TRUST"?

Note the shape on the left side of the NW side of the 'T'. This coin was not from this die. It looks like the WDDO-003 may have some MD on it also. So you have to note certain areas to match up for a doubled die.

I know this is a dead topic but I came across this as I was looking for similar info on a 1964-D 25¢ DDO just now.

Ok, I don't consider myself a professional numismatist however, I'm pretty sure I know how to interpret the various variety listings from the main attribution catalogues (Wexler Files, CPG, Variety Vista, etc.) but then again maybe I don't.....

But since the OP's coin obviously appears to be a business strike, wouldn't that limit the possibilities to 1964 25¢ WDDO- 003, 006 or 008 since all the rest have been designated as proofs?
