Hmmm. I see what your asking about, but I'm not too sure if that's an RPM. I searched Variety Vista and Wexlers Die Varieties and found none that match your example. Maybe I missed it somewhere. Hopefully someone else can put in their opinion. Good luck!

While 008 is closest, I didn't find an exact match on any other the other ones on coppercoins. It maybe a new die number. On the 008, note there is a mark on the left side of the upright and the Mint mark is larger than your image. I even rotated all of them to horizontal by the bottoms of the 9 & 3 digits and they were not an exact match, even on the 008. So hang onto this one for now. Your MM has a bulge on the upper NE corner of the mint mark like 1983D-1MM-004: http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds But the location is different. So I'm thinking it is a new die number.
