I have a 1969 Nickel with looks like something is going on with his face and hair Please let me know what you guys think? Fill free to comment if spot something else.

Also this a 1969s Nickel, Would this be worth more then a nickel with the steps like that?

Just looks like circulation damage to me. A spender I think.

Monticello steps have been worn down from circulation. Reminds me of this picture for some reason.
