We need more photos of that coin obverse and reverse with attention on IN GOD WE TRUST . also sharper pics both sides .

Or plated. Does the copper show on the edges of the coin? It is not a proof dime. Just a normal altered Philadelphia dime.

Looks like a polished 1975 Philadelphia business strike, NOT a proof.

the coin was not polished, I have some dime coins like for example of philadelphia 1972 without P also shines but it is not as mirror and shine and finish as the coin of 1975.

For it to be that "shiny" and have that many nicks, is why being polished is considered.
