These images suggest Questionable Color as in someone tried to add some color or re-color it.

I agree it looks to be in high AU condition.

I'd say AU-55. I don't think the color looks original.

Color appears fine in this new obverse shot. Reverse shows some Woodie effect which might affect the obverse a bit. Just seems lightly circulated and then put aside long ago. Bit of ED on obverse, not choice for grade.

The far left side of the obverse (it might be considered ED as previously noted). Regardless it looks like a valuable coin.
