What a great find, and a really nice example! Your photos are clear, too.

I've been hunting for that one for a while. As many 1934-D cents as I snagged from circulation back in the day, not one is this critter. I think you already found them all!

@GrapeCollects, Thanks for the invite on this, but for me it's the thrill of the hunt. I'm determined to find one on my own. My clusters of pre-1940 Lincolns include 1,068 of the 1934-D cents. I've found most of the minor 1934-D RPM,s but not a single DDO or DDR for that date.

My wife (falsely, of course) accuses me of being the most stubborn person she's ever met. She keeps saying that if I tell her "if it's the last thing I ever do" one more time, it will be the last thing I ever do. She's tough, so I better watch myself!
