This 1992 has some unusual doubling on date, LIBERTY, Abe's neck, chin and mouth.

Question: Does the reverse show split plating? Above the USA area? If so then MD might be the cause of split plating more often than considered.

I would say so. I'm trying to see if MD is the issue causing split plating? I've noticed it on some coins.
