This would be called a clipped planchet.

@antmark3d, as you probably know, the details on the rim opposite to the clip are often weak (i.e. the Blakesley effect). Could you please provide a close-up pic of this area on both side of the coin? Thx.

As you all know, the Blakesley effect does not always appear. These look like legit clipped planchet,incomplete planchet.
