Very neat. If I had the chance I would send my 1999-D WDDR-001 Connecticut quarter off to ANACS.

The only one I question is the 1963 D. Who would have thought that was MD.

I'm not sure. I don't know how the eye could Be machine doubled, it seems odd. Maybe someone will explain.

The die flow lines also run through that area. Note the angle they form in relation of the eyelid:  The angle is slightly different. That is what I see on Jim's coins.
