Appears to be a Tilted Die Strike under Jefferson's Jaw? I don't think it's a Die Clash because the Nickel Overlay does not match up. Any thoughts? Thanks.

It mostly looks like a well-placed hit to me.

The Metal is raised and bends downward parallel to Jefferson's Shirt Collar.

Yerp, I see that, but is it kinda "dug out" between that part and the jaw (that part of the pic was in shade)? Or does this look more like a lam to you with the coin in hand?

No shading with the lighting when the pic was taken. Some portions of the Metal appears to be raised and the other section near the collar is "dug out" like you said.

My best guess is a very minor lamination flaw/peel.
