Looks like the "So Called" poor man's doubled die. The last two digits appear doubled toward the rim. When in actuality is extreme die wear that was common for there day as they squeezed ever Cent out of the dies they could get. 1953-1955 suffered with that. Common, I found 19 out of a roll of 50 that were like that and checking further they were from several different dies. But as for BU coins they would be worth a little more as listed in a coin publication. I see a listing in the Red Book MS-63 .35 Cents and MS-65 .75 Cents. I hope this helps.
