I recently got some pcgs & ngc Lincoln cents in, & noticed that they are strait in the front and off kilter about 5 degrees on the rev. Is it normal for a good grading to miss this, or is it not that big a deal? also what are coins of this nature worth? thanks
Rest in Peace

That's an error, not a grade. Not normally looked at unless 1922. It's not a significant enough variation to be worth a premium.

Anything over a 15 degree rotation starts to gather a premium. The farther the rotation the more the premium. It also depends on the denomination also. If I remember correctly, Buffalo nickels and 2 cent pieces were common with die rotation.
