No PL coins have been struck since 2010.
Your coins are regular everyday 25cent coins, aka "change", that have been packaged by the mint.
Only exceptional examples are worth more than face value.
Prices quoted for MS coins in price guides are for slabbed coins, thus if you pay $15 plus shipping both ways to have your coin graded you would lose money at $17.90.


BTW I too have a few of these circulation packs, didn't see anything MS67 or better so I'll just keep a set because I like them and spend the rest.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
