vf details cleaned. the 28p is a common date and this one has some problems.

EF-40 Details cleaned and seems to be stained rather then dirt . Can you tell us what you paid in U.S. dollars ?

It was together with other coins in a lot.

It's a cull. Always will be. Cannot be fixed or improved. Trying to remove the corrosion will result in more pitting. Worth about 10 cents (wholesale) in that condition.
