Wow, I'm surprised PCGS slabbed that coin, considering there is all that green stuff (PCP residue) on it. Then again, maybe the damage happened after having been slabbed. For all we know, the coin could have been salvaged from a flood or something.

PCGS is trying to keep up with Anacs with Anacs it take 17 days Pcgs + Ngc 6 weeks to get a coin graded

If you click on one of the photos, you can see that the slab is all chewed up. Looks like it was dragged across the ground or something. Maybe it was in a the flood that the midwest had a few weeks ago?
