really.? a DDD the LIB seems like it would be really fat if there wasn't DDD. and what about the rim? it looks like it was struck or something. theres a split mark on half the coin? just curious about the coin is all. thanks for the input

That split on the rim is common on copper cents but I can't remember what it's called or how it happens - Hopefully others will come along and give their opinions.

Looks more like a high bounce MD issue along with die wear.

Note all the devices are affected by MD on the same side, While the die wear shows on the sides that face the closest rim. Two different issue, but still worth what it says on the reverse of the coin. If it were a DDO, then the devices would be enlarged:  Like the bottom image.
