I don't see any error. LIBERTY is close to the rim, but that is common and a result of die wear.

Hamids, sorry but there is no numismatic premium--only worth face value: $0.01.


Added: Sorry I take that back. As a common date, circulated Wheat cent, it is worth somewhere in the range of $0.02 to $0.04.
