It is MD, the upper left hand corner of the Memorial building tells the tale.

Your coin is MD. The doubling is flat and the letters have decreased in size.

The picture you posted from Wexler is a doubled die. The doubling is rounded and the letters have increased in size.

On your coin, just the edges are affected. Note the flat, shelf look on your images? The color is different than the rest of the devices. On the later images, note the affected area is on the center of the devices? The edges are the areas associated with Machine Doubling. Reducing the devices after a normal strike. Kind on a kick in the shin effect. But this can happen on a doubled die also. The MD is caused after the strike. A doubled die is doubling on the die that can be altered by the machine. But, on the edge of the devices.
