It is silver, 3.1g and 18mm. It isn't mine but am intrigued as to what it is... Maby even a replica of a particular coin? Any help would be great!

It is not a coin.

It is a Christian medal of some sort.

One side is styled after a "pirate" coin and the other side appears to have an old ship with three masts and a flag. Likely a vintage souvenir.

It looks to be a hand cast silver slug from a small mint, replicating vintage coins
