I found this in a mixed bankroll, from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. This is not Post Strike Damage ( PSD) at all. It is a genuine U.S. Mint error.

Nice struck through! Do you know if the bristles are iron or brass?

Thank you Tunnioc! Not sure unfortunately if it's iron or brass, since it's only the impression that was left from the Struck Through. Although, that would be interesting to know though.

It looks like the bristle stretched on the upper part of the coin, before if broke/fell off?
