I may be wrong so don't take my word for it. Better pictures would help me decide if it is damage or a Cud. It could be etheir a very small Cud, or even just Post Strike Damage ( PSD), but we won't know for sure. Even a small hit to the edge of the coin can cause a similar look and would be just damage.
