Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74881 Posts	Posted 12/02/2018 01:01 am On the reverse, you have bad Die Deterioration, caused by a worn die issue, from striking a ton of planchets at the U.S. Mint. I think you have some Machine Doubling on the reverse I am pretty sure (if I am wrong, free free to correct me CCF members). On the obverse, is the supposed " Cud" raised at all? Is there any weakness on the reverse side at all? If not, then it could be a case of possible Peripheral Die Damage (AKA Die Attrition). http://www.error-ref.com/peripheral-die-damage/ Let me know sometime later, if you can. Errers and Varietys.
